certain real estate herein mentioned as security for an indebtedness and any other amounts and/or
obligations as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on the 2211d day of June, 2005, in Book 589 PR, Page
124, Receiving# 909448 and mortgaging certain real estate therein mentioned, is hereby released
and the following described tract of land released from the above-designated mortgage, to-wit:
Lot 36 Star Valley Ranch, Plat 9, as platted and recorded in the official records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
And; provided, however, that said mortgage described above shall remain in full force and effect
as to the remainder of the property described therein.
