Larson Revocable Trust dated March 4, 2003 and Bonnie R. Larson, Trustee of the Bonnie R. Larson Revocable Trust dated March 4, 2003, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of August 11, 2006 made and executed by BB & GC Enterprises, LLC and E. Gregory Higley, Trustee un a Revocable Declaration of Trust dated November 12, 1992, as mortgagors to Donald G. Larson, Trustee of the Donald G. Larson Revocable Trust dated March 4, 2003 and Bonnie R. Larson, Trustee of the Bonnie R. Larson Revocable Trust dated March 4, 2003 as mortgagee conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $1,591,382.78 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 24, 2006 in Book 631PR on page 485 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit: Tract 40 and Tract 51 of Resurvey Township 27 North, Ranch 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
