BIRD AND ROXY E. BIRD, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, Whose address is P.O. Box 407, Thayne, WY 83127 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit? Part of Section 31, T34N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the West boundary line of said Section 31 and running thence South, 388 feet, more or less, to the North boundary line of the James C. Baker tract described in Warranty Deed recorded July 28, 1978 in Book 148PR on page 10 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk; .thence East, along the North boundary line of said James C. Baker tract, 561.34 feet; thence North, 388 feet, more or less, to a point 388 feet South of the North boundary line of said Section 31; thence West, 561.34 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
