Lots 2 of the SS Bar-Ranch, Uncoln County, Wyoming according to the plat filed in the
Office of the Uncoln County Clerk June 18, 2003 as Plat No. 11-H.
SUBJECT TO Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Provisions, Easements and enaJmbrances apparent
or of reoord.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said premises, with its appurtenances unto the said Grantæs, as joint
tenants with the right of survivorship (and not as tenants in oommon) and 10 the heirs and assigns of the
survivor of said named tenants forever. And the said Gran1or(s) do(es) hereby oovenant1o and with
Grantæs, he (she or they) islare the OMler{S) in fæ simple of said premises; that they are free from all
enaJmbrances except for taxes and assessments for aJnent and subsequent years and he (she or they)
