Township 34 North, Range 119 West, of the ~h P.M., Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary being
more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at the Northwest corner ofthe Woolley Property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
297PR, on page 597, with said Office, also said point being point in the Easterly line of Hemmert Drive, as
referred to in the Roadway Easement, recorded in Book 265PR, on page 274, with said Office, said point of
beginning being 526.27 feet North 1°01'56" East, along the East line of the SWl/4 ofsaid Section 14, and 42.34
feet South 89°01'03" East to the POINT OF BEGINNING from the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164,1986 Location for
the Southeast Corner of the SW% of said Section 14;
thence North 1°41 '46" East, along said Easterly line, 90.99 feet to the beginning of a 30.00 feet radius curve to the
right;
thence Northeasterly, along said curve to the right through a central angle of 17°28'03", :m arclength of9.15 feet,
from which the radius point bears South 71°41'36" East, said curve having a chord bearing of North
09°34'23" East for 9.11 feet;
thence South 89°01 '03" East, 150.84 feet to a point in the west line of the Perry property, as referred to in the
Notice of Existing Real Estate Purchase Agreement, recorded in Book 303PR on page 39, with said office;
thence South 1°49'32" West, aJong said West line, 100.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Woolley property;
thence North 89°01'03" West, along the north line of said Woolley property, 151.87 feet, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
