hereby transfer, convey sell and assign to:
THE JOSEPH N. & ALICE L. SKOUSEN FAMILY TRUST, Alice L.
Skousen, trustee and lifetime beneficiary u/a/d December 11,2001, whose
address is 861 East 6th Ave. Mesa, Arizona 85204, Assignee.
All of my interest under that certain Promissory Note and Real Property Mortgage dated
June 7, 1999, executed by Ronald H. Teichert and Vonda L. Teichert, husband and wife
(mortgagor), and Alice L. Skousen, (Mortgagee), recorded June 25, 1999, at Docket no.
859530, Book 432, page 134, records of Lincoln County Wyoming, describing real

30 North right of way marker P .C. 743/4879 on the South boundary line of said
Tract 47; thence North 88° 54' West, 3,331 feet along the southerly boundary line
of said Tract 47 to the right of way boundary of the Union Pacific Railroad;
thence North 3° 30' East along said right of2,454 feet; thence north 93.18" East
3,602 feet to the right of way of Highway 30 North; thence South 1 ° 05' West,
1,624.78 feet to the tangent line; thence South 30° 56' East on a curve with an arc
of 1 ° 30', a distance of 746.37 feet to the point of beginning,
TOGETHER WITH , the obligation therein described or referred to, the monies due or
