Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Convey and Warrant To
Betsy E. Simmons,
A Married Person,
grantee, whose address is: P.O. Box 82, 1441 Toms Canyon Road, Auburn, WY 83111 the following described
real estate, situate in Lincoln. County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 2 of Martha's Canyon Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on May 4,
2005 as instrument No. 908152 ofthe records ofthe Lincoln County Clerk
TOGETHER WITH the right of ingress, egress and utilities over and across Wendy Lane as shown on the plat
of said Martha's Canyon Estates.
NOTE: This serves to correct that certain Warranty Deed recorded February 21, 2007 in Book 649PR on page
317 to add the access easement described herein.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
