QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FELIX G. ABRIANI, Trustee, of the
FELIX G. ABRIANI LIVING TRUST, and any amendments thereto, dated November 30, 1995,
Grantee, whose address is 838 Gamet, Kemmerer, Wyoming, for and in consideration of the sum
often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to JOSEPH P. KLIEST and JAYNE M. KLIEST,
husband and wife, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, of 422 Carbon Street, Kemmerer,
Wyoming, Grantees, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 6 of Block 21 ofthe First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, together with an easement in Lot 5, Block 21 to the First Addition
to the Town of Kemmerer, for access and use to a garage used in common by the
owners of said Lots 5 and 6 of Block 21 to the First Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, and subject to the easement of the owner of said Lot 5 in Block 21 to
access and use of said garage situated on Lots 5 and 6 of Block 21. Said easement
shall terminate upon the destruction or removal of said garage from Lots 5 and 6 of
Block 21, First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer.
