statements of facts and affirms:
1. That the Marlow and Susan Bateman Trust holds a Mortgage dated 18 March 2003 and
recorded 29 March 2004 in the Offi.ce of the Cler.k of Lincoln County in Book 550 of
Photostatic Records on page 910, for a portion of the property described under the
Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "DOUBLE L RANCH WEST SUBDIVISION
WITHIN GLO LOT 4 SECTION 21 GLO LOT I GLO LOT 2 GLO LOT 3 WYME~
N~SEy.. SECTION 28 T36N Rl19W LJNCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 25 May
2006, as revised.
2. That the lmdersigned has reviewed said plat.
3. That the u11dersigned has read and understands the provIsIons of the Certificate of
Mortgagee thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original. mylar of
said plat had been signed.
