Know all men by these presents, that Misty J. Sorensen, Personal
Representative of the Estate of Robert F. Sorensen, does hereby certify that a
certain mortgage bearing the date of October 14, 2004, made and executed by
Wade T. Nelson, as mortgagor, to Robert F. Sorensen, as mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $12,000.00,
as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on October 15,
2004, at Book 570PR, Page 280, mortgaging the following described real estate
in said County and State, to-wit:
Lot 23 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 12, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof
The aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in
consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
