QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Gail M, Stoor, Dan Stoor, Peggy
CreelJer, Mitchel Stoor, Jacque Guzman, and Spencer Stoor of c/o Gail M. Stoor, 915 East

($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey
and quitclaim unto Kevin Stringham and Penny Stringham, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, grantees, of PO Box 3561, Alpine, WY 83128, forever, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following
described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Section 29, T37N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming: all of lot
710 of lakeview Estates 6th Addition to the Town of Alpine.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way
of sight or record.
