WETZEL,a married man, Grantors whose address is PO Box 3845, Alpine, WY 83128, for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, conveys and warrants to GW Investment Group, a Wyoming limited liability company, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 3845, Alpine, WY 83128, the following described real estate: Lot 36 of Rees Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat rued on September 1, 1955 as instrument No. 215970 of the Records of the Lincoln County clerk. Excepting therefrom the land described on the Warranty Deed recorded June 9, 1988 in Book 262PR, Page 480. Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
