PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: That First Interstate Bank, the owner and holder of
that certain mortgage executed by LDL Properties, LLC dated November 16, 2006, and recorded on
December 12, 2006 in Official Records Book 643, pages 47, as Instrument No. 925240, of the Public
Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, securing payment of the sum of $826,000.00, and promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage, does hereby release the following described property from the lien
and encumbrance of said mortgage, to-wit:
