KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Conseco Finance Servicing Corp. f/k/a Green Tree Financial
Servicing Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain Mortgage bearing date 10/30/95,
made and executed by LEE HEIDER JAN HEIDER, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Mortgagor, to GREEN TREE
FINANCIAL SERVICING CORPORATION, subsequently assigned to Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation.,
as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $ 64495.62,as
therein stated, which Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and EX-Officio Register of Deeds of
LINCOLN County, State of Wyoming, on 11/1/95, in Book No. 375PR of Mortgages, at Page No. 483, Document
No. 810810, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
LOT 115 OF STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 6, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE
OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF' ,
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgage does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said Mortgagors the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
