WARRANTY DEED
William¡M. Fisher and Judith Fisher, husband and wife as tenants by
the entireties, Grantor, whose address PO Box 1307, Thayne, Wyoming for and in
consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid,
conveys and warrants to WILLIAM M. FISHER, IV and JUDY L. FISHER,
Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the FISHER F AMIL Y LIVING
TRUST, dated February 23, 2007 , for the benefit of WILLIAM M. FISHER, IV
and JUDY L. FISHER and their heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 1307,
Thayne, Wyoming the following described real estate:
The property described in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 554,
Page 718 as document number 899162 all with the Clerk of Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, attached hereto and incorporated by this
reference.

Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee at Grantor is lawfully seized of
said premises; that they are free from encumbran es; and Grantor warrants the title
thereto against the lawful claims of all persons homsoever, except: restrictions,
reservations, easements, and encumbrances of re ord.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the state.
