RELEASE Of MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 11th day of July , 1999 ,made and executed by
Larrv Jeff and Tammie K. Obray AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE VALLEY,
INC., a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $ 9.000.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was recorded
on the 24th day of February ,2000, in Book 442PR Page 039 Number 864338
_ of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 192 Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 1
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed this 6th day
