WYOMING LIEN STATEMENT
THE UNDERSIGNED LIEN CLAIMANT, pursuant to Title 29, chapters 1 and 2 of the
Wyoming Statutes, is filing this Lien Statement at the Office of the County Clerk for the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as a claim and lien on property and for matters
described and referred to herein as follows:

Corky Davis d/bla C&D Products, whose address is P.O. Box 1414, Thayne,
Wyoming, 83127, is the Lien Claimant and personlbusiness seeking to enforce this
Lien.
The amount of the claim for this lien is that is due and owning to the Lien Claimant is
Eleven Thousand, Four Hundred, Ten Dollars and NOI100 ($11,410.00) plus any
accrued interest.
The names and address of the persons against whose property this lien is filed is
Billy D. Peterson, Trustee ofthe Billy D. Peterson Trust Dated March 6, 2003, PO
Box 454, Thayne, WY 83127 as owner of the property identified on the Quitclaim
Deed Attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by this reference.
The itemized list of materials and work perfonned is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
The name of the persons against whom the lien claim is made is:
Bill Peterson, Mountain Log Homes, LLC, and/or Billy D. Peterson, Trustee of the
Billy D. Peterson Trust Dated March 6,2003
The last date when labor was last perfonned by the lien claimant was on or about
December 22, 2006.
The legal description of the premises where the work was perfonned is: Please see
the attached Quitclaim Deed marked as Exhibit A
