TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
IT IS HEREBY MADE OF PUBLIC RECORD that a CONTRACT FOR DEED, dated
effective the 24th day of January, 2007, by and between STATELINE ESTATES, LLC, 11 Ross
Road, Thayne, Wyoming 83127 ("Seller"), and RONALD BITTENBENDER and MARY
BITTENBENDER, husband and wife, P.O. Box 214, Thayne, Wyoming 83127 ("Purchaser") exists
for the purchase of the following described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Unit 504 of Building 500, STA TELINE CONDOMINIUMS, as shown on the official
plat thereof filed on September 12,2006 as Document No. 922381, as Plat No. 362-A, also
being a part of Lot 5, ST A TELINE ESTATES, as shown on the official plat thereof filed on
November 17,2005, as Document No. 913797, as Plat No. 293-E, and further defined and
described in that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, for Stateline
Condominiums located in Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, created by Document No.
922380 in Book 633 at Page 513, all in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances,
and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way, and
easements of sight and! or of record.
This Notice corrects the Notice that was filed in the land records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming on February 12, 2007 in Book 648 at Pages 507 and 508 as Receiving No. 926720.
