RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN
STAR V ALLEY RANCH ASSOCIATION hereby certifies that pursuant
to its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which states, failure to pay
the Assessments result in a lien in favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With
respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded November
9. 2006, Book 639 PR, Page 692 was in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio
Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, Wyoming and the said lien is fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged with regard to the property owned --Lor being purchased by
WILLIAM C. JONES. LINDA S. JONES and BENJAMIN W. JONES. P. O. BOX 3667.
ALPINE. WY 83128, described below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley
Ranch Association does hereby release the premises thereby affected. The subject
property is more particularly described as follows:

Plat 14 Lot 23
Lincoln County, Wyoming
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE Star Valley Ranch Association has caused
