following described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described
as follows, to-wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed that was filed in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, on June 19,2006 in Book 623 at Page 640 as Receiving No.
919444, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way, and
easements of sight and/or of record.
