RELEASE OF AN ASSIGNMENT OF REAL EST A TE LEASE AND AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain assignment bearing the date of February
6, 1997, executed by Buffalo West Holding, Inc., A Wyoming Corporation D/B/A Alpine
Standard (Borrower) Buffalo West Holding, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation (Lessor) and the
Bank of Star Valley (Assignee), a assignment conveying a lien on certain real estate therein
described as security for the payment of$309,000.00 which assignment was recorded in the office
of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Kemmerer, State of Wyoming, on the 19th
day of February, 1997, in Book 393PR of Mortgages, at Page 892 as Document #833444 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID ASSIGNMENT."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said assignments do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said assignors the premises thereby conveyed and assigned.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Assignment to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 21 st day of
March. 2007.
