HomeMy WebLinkAbout927924 000497 ASSIGNMENT OF EXISTING EASEMENT RIGHTS For $10 and other good ~d valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, EOG Resources, Inc., with an address of 600 Seventeenth Street, Suite 1000 North, Denver, Colorado, 80202, does hereby transfer, convey and assign to Williams Field Services Company, LLC, with im address of One Williams Center, WRC3-9, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74172, the following described existing easement rights, limited to the route described ("Pipeline Route") on the lands described i~ Exhibit A hereto ("Subject Lands") situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming: i 1. Those certain easement rights and pipeline obligations arising under the Oil and Gas Lease dated November 13, 1971 by and between Champlin Petroleum Company, as lessor, and Amoco Production Company, as lessee, recorded in Book 97 PR., Page 25, Document No. 435440, to install, operate, and maintain a pipeline in and along the Pipeline Route on the Subject Lands to connect the Wilson Ranch Unit 449-31E well. 2. Those certain surface use rights and pipeline obligations arising under the Surface Owner's Agreement dated December 21, 1971 by and between Western Wyoming Range Company, a Wyoming Corporation, as grantor, and Champlin Petroleum Company, as grantee, recorded in Book 97 PR., Page 272, to install, operate, and maintain a pipeline in and along the Pipeline Route on the Subject Lands to connect the Wilson Ranch Unit 449-31E well, as such use pertains to All of Section 31, Township 20 North, Range 112 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. In addition to the foregoing, this Assignment is expressly made subject to the provisions of that certain Gas Gathering, Processing, Dehydrating and Treating Agreement dated February 1,2004, as amended, and to all restrictions, exceptions, reservations, conditions, limitations, interests and other matters, if any, whether of record or not. Assignor shall properly execute, acknowledge, and file this instrument of record immediately upon receipt thereof, and will furnish to Assignee the recording data promptly after Assignor receives such recorded instrument from the clerk in each county in which this instrument is recorded, The terms, covenants and conditions hereof shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the Assignor and the Assignee and their respective successors and assigns.
