Patrick A. Kolp and Sylvia L. Kolp, husband and wife as tenants by
the entirety, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 5057, 1232 County Road 109,
Etna, WY 83118, for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and ten
dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant to Patrick A. Kolp and Sylvia L.
Kolp, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the PATRICK A. AND SYLVIA
L. KOLP LIVING TRUST dated March 22, 2007, for the benefit of Patrick A.
Kolp and Sylvia L. Kolp and their heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 5057,
1232 County Road 109, Etna, WY 83118, the following described real estate:
The property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book
444PR, Page 386 as Document No. 865443 on record with the
Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said
Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized
of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the
title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except:
restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
