address is 296 Nikolau Place, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, the following described real estate situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 65 in Spring Canyon Ranches Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto and together with domestic water rights located on Lot 67 in Spring
Canyon Ranches Subdivision
SUBJECT to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sign
or In use.
