COUNTY OF DENVER ) In consideration ofTen Dollars and other good and valuable consideration paid by G&H RESOURCES, LLC ("G&H") to WELLS FARGO ENERGY CAPITAL, INC. ("WELLS FARGO"), WELLS FARGO hereby (I) RELEASES and DISCHARGES (a) the Mortgage and any amendments thereto and accompanying UCC-I Financing Statement described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof and any amendments, modifications and/or extensions thereof (the "Security Documents"), (b) all Leases and Lands described in the Security Documents, which Leases and Lands and descriptions thereof are incorporated herein by reference including, but not limited to, the Leases and Lands described in "Exhibit B," attached hereto and made a part hereof (collectively the "Leases and Lands") and (c) any and all u other liens and encumbrances whether arising under the above-described Security Documents or by way of any other Security Documents, Deeds of Trust, Mortgages, Security Agreements and/or UCC-I Financing Statements insofar as same pertain to (i) the Leases and Lands and (ii) the Property described in Exhibit "B" and (2) grants to G&H or its agents the right to authenticate and file UCC-3 Financing Statements with the Secretary of State of Colorado tenninating the original UCC-I Financing Statement described in Exhibit "A." Further, Wells Fargo has remised, released, sold and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release, sell and quitclaim unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the Grantor has, if any, in and to any and all overriding royalty interests in the Lands and Leases identified and described in Exhibit "B."
