hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead

116 West, and running South 80°16' East 207.9 feet to a point, which is the
Northwest corner of Lot 20, Block 14, of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln
County, Wyoming;
thence North 11 °04' West 570 feet to the point of beginning which is the
Southwest corner of Lot 11, Block 8, of the Town of Diamondville;
thence North 78°56' East along the South property line of Block 8, a distance of
183 feet;
thence North 11 °04' West 77.83 feet to a point on the center line of the
warehouse track;
thence in a westerly direction, on the center line of said track, 183 feet;
thence South 11 °04' East, 76 feet to the point of beginning.
