THIS UNDERGROUND IRRIGATION LINE EASEMENT AGREEMENT, by and
between REED S. CLARK and PATTY HARDESTY CLARK, husband and wife, tenants by
the entirties, of 862 Highway 236, Afton, Wyoming 8311 0, Grantors, and BRENT BONHAM,
TRUSTEE of the BRENT REYNOLDS BONHAM FAMILY TRUST dated December 23,
1992, of 12951 South 1300 East, Draper, Utah 84020, Grantee,
WHEREAS, the parties recite and declare as follows:
A. The parties have interests in adjoining real estate located near Smoot,
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described, respectively, as follows:
Property owned by Grantors:
See attached EXHIBIT A.
Property owned by Grantee:
See attached EXHIBIT B.
B. The parties desire to create an underground irrigation line easement allowing
Grantee, and its successors and assigns, to build, operate, and maintain an underground irrigation
line across a portion of Grantors' property connecting with Grantors' irrigation line that is
connected to the main irrigation line owned and operated by the Cottonwood Irrigation District.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties, for themselves, and their heirs, successors, and
assigns, agree as follows:
A. EASEMENT AREA, An underground irrigation line easement to build, operate,
and maintain an underground irrigation line trom Grantors' irrigation line that is connected to the
UNDERGROUND IRRIGATION LINE

E. EASEMENT TO RUN WITH THE LAND', The underground irrigation line
easement created herein shall run with the land identified in Exhibit B, and shall be binding on
and shall inure to the benefit of Grantee, and its successors and assigns,
F. ENTIRE AGREEMENT, This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement
between the parties and any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date
of this Agreement shall not be binding except to the extent incorporated herein,
