RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MERIDIAN TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT
UNION (originally known as Wyoming Employees Federal Credit Union) of LARAMIE
COUNTY, STATE of WYOMING, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing a
date of the 03RD day of SEPTEMBER, 2003, made and executed by LOUIS J. APSEY, A
SINGLE MAN, to WYOMING EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION as mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $220,000.00
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Oerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County, STATE of WYOMING, on the 121H day
of SEPTEMBER, 2003, IN BOOK# 534PR, AT P AGE# 482, of Mortgages instrument #
mortgaging the following described real estate in said county, to wit
AS PER SAID MORTGAGE:
Is with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and
quitclaim the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
