DIAMONDVILLE, an mcorporated town of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyommg, NG
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/IOO Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto 'the said KASEY KING, his heirs
and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand,
as he may have or ought to have in or to all the following described property, to-wit:
A parcel of land being part of the vacated alley east of Lots 4 and 5, Block 23
ofthe 1942 Plat of the Town ofDiamondville and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast comer of Lot 4 of Block 23 of the 1942 Plat of the
Town ofDiamondville; thence N78°50'E along the extension of the north
boundary of said Lot 4, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence S 11 °1 O'E, a distance
of 60.00 feet; thence S78°50'W, a distance of 10.00 feet to the southeast comer
of said Lot 5; thence NlloIO'W, a distance of60.00 feet to the point of
beginning. Said parcel contains 600.0 square feet more or less.
SUBJECT, however to all restrictions, easements, reservations, exceptions and
rights-of way of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
