page 525 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk within the SW~SW~ of
Section 31, T31N R1l8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Northwest Comer of said
SW~SW~; thence S 89°40'28" E, along the North line of said SW~SW~, 627.35 feet;
thence S 0°45'25" W, 623.04 feet;
thence West 627.65 feet to a point in the West line of said SW ~ SW ~ ;
thence N 0°46'50" E, along said West line, 626.61 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed record~d July 21, 1997 in
Book 399PR on page 540 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR an easement 15 feet in width along the easterly
boundary to construct, install and maintain an irrigation pipeline.
