SHERIFF'S DEED
I, Todd Smith, as duly elected and acting Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
do hereby convey to Michael J. Martin and Jennifer A. Martin, in consideration
of the sum of $250,000.00, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, as high
bidders at a mortgage foreclosure sale held on September 26, 2006 with
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. as mortgagee and Steven R. McLaughlin as
mortgagor, as evidenced by a Certificate of Sale recorded in Book 635 on Page
79 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and with the expiration of three (3)
months and thirty (30) days from the date of said sale, without the property being
redeemed as provided by law, the following described property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to wit:
LOT 100, PLAT 6, STAR VALLEY RANCH, ACCORDING TO
THAT PLAT OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN
COUNTY CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING;
With an address of 35 White Pine Drive, Thayne, Wyoming 83127;
Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and
appurtenances thereto.
