2006 in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Receiving No. 921027, as Plat 171-C.
As described in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Cedar Springs Meadows Condominiums, recorded March 6,
2006, as Instrument # 916442, in Book 613, on Page 696, as further described and defmed in the
181 Amendment Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Cedar Springs Meadows Condominiums recorded August 21,
2006, as Instrument # 921526, in Book 630, on Page 881, and as further described and defmed in the
2nd Amendment Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Cedar Springs Meadows Condominiums recorded November 22,
2006, as Instrument # 924703, in Book 641, on Page 158, or as further defmed or amended, and undivided interest in the non-
exclusive perpetual easement rights over the Project Common Areas that are granted to each Unit Owner as an appurtenance to
their Private Residence Units all as more specifically described as "Common Elements", in such Declarations, and being a
portion of
Lot 1, Cedar Springs Meadows Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to the official plat recorded August, as
Instrument No. 925283, as Plat No. 126-B
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in
use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
