and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY and QUIT CLAIM, to: the O. DAVID GARDNER TRUST, Dated July 15,
1999, O. David Gardner and Shirley Ann Gardner, Trustees, of Afton, Wyoming,
Grantee(s), the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
