RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 30lh day of May, 2006, made and executed by Stephen R. Duerr, a married man as
Mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of$21,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
61h day of June, 2006, in Book 622 of Mortgages, at page 446 and mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
RECEIVING # 919097
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged;
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Jackson State Bank & Trust has caused these Presents to be
signed by its Senior Vice Pres' its Corporate seal to be affIxed, this 271h day of March, 2007.

On this 27lh day of March, 2007, before me personally appeared Lenny Roehrkasse to me personally
known, who being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the Senior Vice President of the Jackson State Bank
& Trust and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and
said Lenny Roehrkasse acknowledged said instrument to be the ftee act and deed of said corporation.
