QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that BRANDY M. MONTIEL, a
married person, as her sole and separate property, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto JUAN SOSA, a
single man, and OSV ALDO G. MONTIEL, a single man, as tenants in common, GRANTEES,
and their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and
demand as they may have or ought to have in and to all of the following described property, to
wit:
Lot 142 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on
the official plat thereof.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements, and rights-of-way of sight and/or of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
