Paulie's, LLC, a North Carolina Limited Liability Company, as Grantor, whose
address is One Cypress Knee Trail, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949 for and in consideration of $10.00
Dollars in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT TO Wind River
Pastoral Company, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, as Grantee, whose address
is 981 Ridgewood Ave., Suite 105, Venice, FL 34285, the following described real estate,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the HOMESTEAD exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:

these presents represents to be duly authorized to sign this deed and to convey the property
