a Limited Liability Company under the laws of the State of Delaware of the County of Maricopa, and State of
Arizona, does hereby certify the a certain mortgage bearing date 1-27-00 made and executed by CINDY JAQUES
HEMMERT NKA CINDY JAQUES as mortgagor to Conseco Finance Servicing Corp. as mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $ 38,923.00 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County, State of
Wyoming, on 2-9-00, in Book 441 of Mortgages, at Page 398, Doc. No. 864093 and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to wit:

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgage does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
