HomeMy WebLinkAbout928172 Warranty Deed Know all persons by these presents that Remy Levy and Catherine Kehr, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 970 West Broadway, Box 291, Jackson, Wyoming 8jOOl (collectively the "Grantors"), for ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and warrant unto Dream Venture II, LLC, with its principal mailing address at 970 West Broadway, Box 299, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, (the "Grantee"), the following described real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: The WY2NEY4 of Section 10, Township 35 North, Range 119 West 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Excepting therefrom: Lot 1 of the Good Neighbor Subdivision, according to that plat recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on March 14,2003, as Plat Number 131-C.
