MEMORANDUM
OF ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
THIS MEMORANDUM OF ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE (the "Memorandum") made and
executed as of the 12th day of March, 2007, by and between HOME BUILDERS FINANCE, INC.,
DBA OWNER BUILDER LOAN SERVICES, a Michigan Corporation and having offices at 2035
Hogback Rd., Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105 (the "Company"), and LaSalle Bank National Association,
with offices at 2600 W. Big Beaver, Suite 140, Troy, Michigan 48084, in its capacity as trustee under
an indenture dated March 1, 2001 between it and the Company (the "Trustee").

WITNESSETH:
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Company has assigned to the Trustee,
to the extent of the "Assigned Amount" (defined herein as the the "Assignment" (as hereinafter
defined)), the Company's right, title and interest under a certain mortgage recorded in;t-on of the
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming ( the "Mortgage", together with any amendments thereto,) and
encumbering certain real property more thoroughly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference (the "Property"). Said assignment was made upon the terms,
convenants and conditions of a certain Assignment of Mortgage (the "Assignment") of even date
herewith, executed by and between the Company and the Trustee. ". Ñ'd ....b

This Memorandum is intended, upon recording, to provide notice of the Assignment relating to
the Property and all of the terms, convenants and conditions of the Assignment to the same extent
as if the Assignment were fully set forth herein. COPIES OF THE MORTGAGE AND THE
ASSIGNMENT MAY BE OBTAINED BY WRITING THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY AT ITS
ADDRESS AS SET FORTH ABOVE OR BY TELEPHONING THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY
AT (734)677·3000.
