WARRANTY DEED
CARL A. LIVELY, JR. and ANDRELLITA F. LIVELY, husband and
wife, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to CARL A.
LIVELY, JR. and ANDRELLITA F. LIVELY, as Trustees of the CARL A.
LIVELY, JR. AND ANDRELLITA F. LIVELY TRUST dated April 2, 2007,
Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 517, Diamondville, WY 83116,
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Parcels Numbered 167, 168, 188 and
A Portion of Parcel 189 of the Resurvey, Town of
Diamondville and beginning at a point which is Corner No.
2 of Parcel 167 and Corner No. 3 of Parcel 166; thence
South 11°08' East, 60.00 feet to a point on the southerly
boundary line of said Parcel 189; thence South 78°50'
West, along the southerly boundary line of said Parcel
189 to Corner No. 2 of said Parcel 189; thence along the
westerly boundary line of said Parcel 189 and the
easterly right-of-way boundary line of Wyoming State
Highway 30 North to Corner No. 3 of said Parcel 189;
thence North 78°50' East, along the northerly boundary
line of said Parcel 189 to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
