RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That James F. Howard and Georgene M.
Howard, Trustees of the James F. Howard and Georgene M. Howard Revocable
Trust dated May 21, 1981, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of
October 27,2004 made and executed by Noe Perez Garcia and Eva Zarate Tzompa,
as mortgagor(s) to James F. Howard and Georgene M. Howard, Trustees of the
James F. Howard and Gem'gene M. Howard Revocable Trust dtated May 21, 1981,
as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of $12,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
on _1/5/2005_ in Book 576, PR, Page 481, mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to wit:
Lot 87 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 6, Lincoln County, Wyonùng as described on the
official plat thereof.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
