LEON J. MERCHANT, being first duly sworn upon HIS oath. deposes and states as follows:
1.00 the 14th of MAY, 2003, my MOTHER, KONNEE MERCHANT passed away, as is evidenced by
the official certifICate of death attached hereto and incorporaleeJ herein by this reference.
2. At the time of death my husband jointly owrJed certain teal property with me. said real property
being located in the County of LINCOLN, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
LOT NUMBERED SIX (6) OF THE BLOCK NUMBER FIFTY-SEVEN (57) IN THE SECOND ADDITION TO
THE TOWN OF KEMMERER, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY.
WYOMING.
3. Said real property was originally conveyed to KONNEE MERCHANT AND LEON J. MERCHANT,
AS JOINT TENANTS WITH A RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP, by QUITClAIM. dated DECEMBER 17,2002.
ana recorded in the offICe of the LINCOLN County Clerk and Ex-Qfficío Register of Deeds on DECEMBER
30, 2002. in Book 508 at Page 366.
4. By reason of KONNEE MERCHANTs death, I am entitled to sole ownership of the
above-mentioned real property.
