SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
DAVID C WADE, JULIE WADE
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. bearing date 08/02/2004, recorded 08/13/2004 in Official
Records Book 564, Page 0801, Docwnent No. 901961 m the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN
County, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $221 ,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises
and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby
acknowledges fun payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 29 day of March, 2007.
