It is hereby made of public record that a Real Estate Purchase
Agreement, dated the ~day of March, 2007, by and between PAUL CROOK and
NANCY LOUISE CROOK Sellers, and JON PAUL CROOK AND TAWNEE CROOK,

Purchasers, exists for the purchase of the following described real property situate in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
SEE "EXHIBIT A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE PART
OF BY REFERENCE AS IF FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN.
subject to any easements, rights-of-way, mining or mineral reservations, of sight or of
record, legally acquired.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Said Real Estate Purchase Agreement is being held in escrow by the
Bank of Star Valley, Afton, Wyoming.
