STUDT, Deceased. ORDER APPROVING FINAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTING, AND DECREE OF FINAL DISTRIBUTION This matter comes on for hearing before the Court on the Final Report, Accounting and Petition for Decree of Final Distribution, as filed with this Court by the Personal Representati ve of the above estate, and it appearing to the Court that notice has been given to all interested parties according to law and that there have been no obj ections filed herein; the Court, being duly advised in the premises, finds that the Court has full and complete jurisdiction over the subj ect matter and all interested parties, and therefore this matter ought to proceed on to final hearing and determination; and the Court specifically finds that each and all of the statements made in the Final Report and Accounting are true and correct, that the conduct of the Personal Representative in the administration of this estate as reflected O~ZS4~S 00051.4 in the Final Report and Accounting is in accordance with law and the prior Orders of this Court, and that therefore order ought to be entered at this time fully and finally approving, ratifying and confirming the Final Report, Accounting and Petition for Final Distribution, and all doings of the Personal Representative in the premises. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Final Report, Accounting and Petition for Final Distribution be, and the same hereby and approved, and are, fully and finally ratified, all of the doings of the confirmed Personal Representative in the premises be, and the same hereby are, fully and finally approved. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Personal Representative shall proceed to make final distribution of all remaining assets of this estate now in the Personal Representative's hands, after payment of all costs of administration, as follows: A. The decedent's 1929 Ford Model A (VIN 1963431), and the following real property (excluding all mineral interests therein) located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, shall be distributed to the decedent's son, WOODROW D. STUDT, to-wit: Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 21, 22 and 23, Block 5, 2 0928429 000515 Townsite of Tulsa, County, Wyoming, improvements and hereditaments thereunto wise appertaining. now LaBarge, Lincoln together with all appurtenances and belonging or in any B. The following real property (excluding all mineral interests therein) located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, shall be distributed to the decedent's son, LYNNE JOHN STUDT, to-wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 17, Townsite of Tulsa, County, Wyoming, improvements and hereditaments thereunto wise appertaining. 18, 19 and 20, Block 5, now LaBarge, Lincoln together with all appurtenances and belonging or in any C. All mineral interests in and to the following described real property, together with all royalties paid by EOG Resources with respect to said mineral interests, shall be distributed to the decedent's daughter, CHERRY JETTE, to-wit: All right, title, estate and interest owned, claimed or held by the decedent in and to all minerals, including oil and gas, in and under, and that may be produced from the following described lands situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, including but not limited to all of the royal ties due decedent or to become due from the oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances that may be produced, saved and sold from such lands: Lots 1 through 8 and 17 through 23, Block 5, Townsite of Tulsa, now LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming. 3 O~284;:9 000516 D. All remaining property of the estate, together with any after-discovered property of the decedent, shall be distributed to the decedent's wife, PAULINE D. STUDT; provided, however, that the decedent's personal property listed on Exhibits "8" and "C", attached to the Final Report, Accounting and Petition for Final Distribution, shall be distributed as set forth on said Exhibits. E. In making such distributions the Personal Representative shall execute and deliver such instruments as shall be necessary or appropriate to effectuate said distribution. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that when the Personal Representative has completed the distribution of all estate assets, as ordered herein, with all documentation necessary with respect thereto, the Personal Representative shall file with the Court a Petition for Final Discharge.
