PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE DEED
Deed made this fo'd:t day of April, 2007, between JOHN R.
PIZZA TO, Personal Representative of the Estate of DONALD L. STUDT,
deceased ("Personal Representative"), and WOODROW D. STUDT,
Grantee, of P.O. Box 364, LaBarge, WY 83123-0364.
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 2007, the Personal
Representative filed the Personal Representative's Final Report,
Accounting and Petition for Decree of Final Distribution; and
WHEREAS, on the ~~ day of April, 2007, the Third Judicial
District Court of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, entered
its Order Approving Final Report and Accounting, and Decree of
Final Distribution, directing a conveyance of the decedent's
interest in certain real property located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to be executed to the Grantee, a copy of which Decree has
been recorded in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and which Decree is now on file and of record in said
Court, and which Decree is hereby referred to and made a part
hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Personal Representative, pursuant to the
Order Approving Final Report and Accounting, and Decree of Final
Distribution, hereby conveys to Grantee all the right, title and
interest of the Estate of DONALD L. STUDT, deceased, in and to that
certain real property more particularly described as follows:
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 21, 22 and 23, Block 5, Townsite of
Tulsa, now LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.

SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, to the Personal Representative all of
the interest of the Estate of DONALD L. STUDT, deceased,
in and to the mineral estate lying in, upon, underlying
or across the above-described premises, including but not
limited to, metallic, non-metallic, coal, oil, gas or
other hydrocarbonous substances which may be mined or
removed by the Estate of DONALD L. STUDT, deceased, its
successors and assigns.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all the above-granted property, and every
part thereof, to Grantee forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Personal Representative has executed
this Deed the day and year first
