PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE MINERAL DEED
Deed made
this 0-t:!:1 day of April,
2007,
between
JOHN R.
PIZZA TO, Personal Representative of the Estate of DONALD L. STUDT,
deceased ("Personal Representative"), and CHERRY JETTE, Grantee, of
7539 E Geary Dome Rd, Evansville WY 82636-9692.
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 2007, the Personal
Representative herein filed the Personal Representative's Final
Report, Accounting and Petition for Decree of Final Distribution;
and
WHEREAS, on the ~~day of April, 2007, the Third Judicial
District Court of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, entered
its Order Approving Final Report and Accounting, and Decree of
Final Distribution, directing a conveyance of the decedent's
mineral interests in certain real property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to be executed to the Grantee, a copy of which
Decree has been recorded in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and which Decree is now on file and of record in
the said Court, and which Decree is hereby referred to and made a
part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Personal Representative, pursuant to the
Order Approving Final Report and Accounting, and Decree of Final
Distribution hereby conveys to Grantee, all the right, title and
interest of the Estate of the said DONALD L. STUDT, deceased, in
and to that certain real property more particularly described as
follows:
All right, title, estate and interest owned,
claimed or held by the decedent in and to all
minerals, including oil and gas, in and under,
and that may be produced from the following

described lands situate in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, including but not limited to all of
the royalties due decedent or to become due
from the oil, gas and other hydrocarbon
substances that may be produced, saved and
sold from such lands:
Lots 1 through 8 and 17 through 23, Block 5,
Townsite of Tulsa, now LaBarge, Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all the above-granted property, and every
part thereof, to Grantee forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Personal Representative has executed
this Deed the day and year first above written.
