Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Ricky Lee Whitmore and
Nancy Jo Whitmore, husband and wife, of the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these
presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto Ricky L. Whitmore, Shawn A. Whitmore and Michael K,
Whitmore, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, whose address is PO
Box 201, Frontier, WY 83121, all such right, title, interest, property, possession,
claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in and to the following
described premises to-wit:
N1/2NW1/4 Section 2, T22N, R116W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, together with all buildings, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
