heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 5, T30N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbellabeled "Reed S Clark and Patty Hardesty Clark,
Tract 5a" dated April 8, 1997.
The is to terminate any interest Grantor has by virtue of Right of First Refusal Option recorded
May 5, 1997 in Book 396PR on page 888 of the record of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Reed S. Clark and Patty H. Clark
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
