WARRANTY DEED
FRED W. VOGT and EVELYN V. VOGT, husband and wife, grantors of Upper Lake,
County of Lake, State ofCalifomia, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by William F. Vogt and
Jeffie L. Vogt, P,O. Box 1175 Afton, Wyoming. The receipt whereof is hereby Confessed
and acknowledged, conveys and warrants to:
WILLIAM F. VOGT and JE FIE L. VOGT, husband and wife of Afton, County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the ú llowing described real estate, situated in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, here releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the Homestead Exemption aws of the State, to wit:
Beginning at the Southeast C rner of Lot Three (3); thence East Twenty (20) feet;
thence North (10) rods; thence (No I 882606 ) West 183.07 feet; thence South Thirty
(30) feet; thence East Thirty- Eight (~8) feet; thence South One Hundred Forty ( 140)
feet; thence East Seven (7) rods, Ninþ and one-half (9 ~) feet to the point off the
beginning, located in the Town of ~on, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Block Eleven (11);
And beginning at a point Twenty (2Q) feet East of the Southeast Comer of Lot 3, Block
Eleven (11) of the Afton Townsite Siuvey, and running thence North 165 feet; thence
East Two and one-half (2 ~) feet; thénce South 165; thence West Two and one-half (2 Y2)
feet to the point of the beginning, property known as 345 Third Avenue.
